POSTAGE

In order for us to send out a fabulous package containing one or more of our items, we charge the following to cover packaging and postage:

UK: 2.90 up to £49.99, spend over £50.00 and get free U.K delivery using code FREE50.

Europe: shipping charges are £6.00 on spends up to £40.00,  £40.00 - 49.99 shipping charges are £7.80 and over £50 spend the shipping is £10.20.         

Rest or the world: shipping charges are £10.95 on spends up to £40.00,  £40.00 - 49.99 spend the shipping charge is £16.60 and over £50 spend the shipping is £19.35.   

 

Please allow up to 14 days for us to make your items as most of our items are made to order.

Please allow up to 14 working days for overseas delivery.




RETURNS

If you wish to return your purchase/s for any reason, please email us at: info@mrwolfkids.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

Let us know which item you wish to return as well as the reason why. We will then ask you to post the items back to us. As long as we receive your garment/s within 28 days of your purchase and in the condition and packaging they were received in, we will refund your payment in full minus postage costs.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange personalised items.




FAULTY ITEMS

On the (very) outside chance there may be a fault with your purchase, please email us at: info@mrwolfkids.com

With a sincere apology, we will ask you to return the item. As long as we receive the garment within 28 days from purchase date, we will ship a replacement out to you and refund your return postage costs.

Should a replacement not be available we will offer a full refund including postage costs.
